Optional Add-On Packages and Items
All of these options are available to either the Starter Menu or the Premium Menu.
For example, say you want to stay within the Starter Menu because
you believe it provides you enough selection,
but you really love cheesecakes and you've taken a look at all
of the varieties that we offer;
you've already chosen the Vanilla Bean Cheesecakes from the Starter Menu
options, but you decide to purchase the Premium Cheesecake Package.
You then choose the Coconut Cream Cheesecakes and the
Chocolate Espresso Cheesecakes as your two additional
Premium Cheesecake selections in addition to the Vanilla Bean Cheesecakes,
thus rounding out your Premium Cheesecake Package selections and freeing up another - different - Starter Menu 'Dessert' selection.
Or... you upgrade your package by adding the Coconut Cream and
Chocolate Espresso Cheesecakes, but now that you've upgraded to the
Premium Cheesecake Package, you decide to change your original
Vanilla Bean Cheesecake selection to a Premium selection as well
and choose the Peanut Butter Fudge Cheesecake.
Again, you've rounded out your choices with three Premium Menu selections
of a dessert you absolutely love and have given your guests several
Premium options that they're sure to enjoy.
Now, if you're in the Premium Menu because of all of the options it offers
but still want multiple Personal Pies, just add that option to your
Premium Package and do one of two things:
1) Choose three (3) Premium selections from that category and
use the original selection somewhere else in the 'Dessert' category
...say, a cheesecake ...or cookie cakes, or
2) Continue to use that particular selection on a Personal Pie and then
add on the Personal Pie package giving you a total of four (4)
Personal Pie choices!
- or -
...if you're in the Starter Menu and you've made all of your menu
selections and Personal Pies just didn't get factored in, but
...hindsight is 20/20, and it says you should probably add Pecan Pies
to your package because you've got a lot of family coming to your
event from down South; so, go ahead!
It doesn't matter that it's from the Premium Menu and you're working
with the Starter Package, just add it on with the Additional Item Upgrade;
you'll add an extra selection to your Buffet - a Premium Selection - that way,
even though you're in the Starter Package, you can still have
a Premium Selection.
In fact, this is an option that you can use over and over again
depending on what you want for your Buffet; there are no limits to the number
of times you can use this upgrade, feel free to request it at any time.
That said, you could be in either Menu Package and still want additional selections from any of our categories and you could use this in each instance
...giving you 5, 6 even 7 different options in any category!
It's all up to you!

to your Desert Buffet. We basically allow you to build it just how you envision it,
then we go to work executing it to the best of our abilities.

That being said, here are our Options Packages...
Premium Cheesecake Package
Choose to add three (3) Premium Mini Cheesecake Varieties and feel free to use the original selection on anything within the 'Dessert' category.
Premium Baby Bundt Package
Choose to add three (3) Premium Baby Bundt Cake Options and feel free to use the original selection on anything within the 'Dessert' category.
Personal Pies Package
Choose to add three (3) Individual Pie Selections and feel free to use the original selection on anything within the 'Dessert' category.
Premium Brownie Package
Choose to add three (3) Premium Brownie Varieties and feel free to use the original selection on anything within the 'Dessert' category..
Premium Mini Cupcake Package
Choose to add three (3) Premium 'Not So Mini' Mini Cupcake Selections and feel free to use the original selection on anything within the 'Dessert' category.
If choosing this option to add additional cupcakes to one of our 'Just Cupcakes' Menus, you will receive three (3) Premium 'Not So Mini' Mini Cupcake Selections to add to your Buffet regardless of the Package you've chosen.
Premium Tart Package
Choose to add three (3) Premium Tart Varieties and feel free to use the original selection on anything within the 'Dessert' category.
Cookie Package
Choose three (3) additional Cookie Selections from our extensive Premium Cookie Category; this is a particularly good option to choose when you use one of our 'Flex' options within our Buffet Menus.
Triple Treats Package
Choose to add three (3) additional Treats to your Buffet from our Premium Treats Category.
Premium Fudge Package
Choose to add three (3) flavors of our rich and creamy Fudge from the Treats/Fudge list.
Trifle Package
In this Option, the Selections of which are not available outside of this Package, you can choose to add a total of three (3) varieties of Trifles from our list of twenty five (25) different types. Each Trifle will be served in it's own 9 ounce clear plastic Trifle cup with lids provided for travel if guests choose not to enjoy them at your event. Per Item/Per Person Upgrade - .50/pp
Upgrade any Single Basic/Starter Selection to a Premium Selection for only .50 per person*.
*Based on either the final guest count or - if no final guest count
provided - on the original guest estimate.
Additional Item Upgrade - $1/pp
Add any Premium Menu Item to your Starter Menu Package, 'Just Cupcakes' Package or Breakfast & Brunch Package or add an additional Premium Menu Item to your Premium Menu Package giving you an extra selection in any category for only $1 per person.

provided - on the original guest estimate.

Shower or First Communion Cupcake Dress - starting at $48
If you're hosting a Bridal Shower or a Little Girl's First Communion Party, you can choose to add this cupcake dress to your package. Choose from any of our Cupcake and Frosting Varieties, including Premium Selections. The regular size dress has 33 standard sized cupcakes. If you believe you'd need a larger cupcake cake, we can easily add another lower 'tier' to the bottom of the dress to make a 38 cupcake dress; but, if you'd like it even larger, we can make a 47 cupcake dress as well, by adding a column down one of the sides in addition to a 'tier' at the bottom. If you’d like to add a filling to your cupcakes, there is an additional charge of .35 per cupcake. So, again, it's all up to you ...color, flavors, size ...even the beads across the waist. What works best for your special event?
Princess Cupcake Dress - starting at $48
Now, If you're hosting a Little Girl's Birthday Party ...and it just so happens to be a Princess Theme, you can choose to add on the same cupcake dress as shown above with one big exception ...we can make it in any color you want. Hot Pink? Yep. Yellow with Pink 'Polka Dots'? You got it. Snow White? You bet! ...and you get to choose from any of our Cupcake and Frosting Varieties, including Premium Selections. The regular size dress has 33 standard sized cupcakes and can be adjusted accordingly just as the 'dress' above can. Again, if you’d like to add a filling to your cupcakes, there is an additional charge of .35 per cupcake. So, don't you think your little Princess would like one of these for her party?
Table Cakes - starting at $16 per cake when ordering a minimum of 8 cakes
If you're having a 'Cake Focused' Special Event like a Wedding Reception, we're finding that more and more people are moving away from large traditional cakes. Sure, they still have a cake, generally a small one for 'traditional cutting' to serve the Main Table and such, but for their guests they're choosing Cupcakes, Dessert Buffets and these... we call them Table Cakes...
Table Cakes - starting at $16 per cake when ordering a minimum of 8 cakes
...'Table Cakes' are perfect for each individual table. The idea is that every table at your event gets a 6 or 7-inch, 3-layer cake of their own to enjoy for dessert. You choose the flavors ...cake, filling, frosting. All the 'Table Cakes' can be the same or you can choose different cakes for each table to encourage your guests to mingle - it's your choice. We decorate them simply, as Rosette Cakes or basic cakes like those shown here. They're upscale enough for a wedding but can still be used for a casual gathering as well...

...and we frequently get requests for several of these for the Dessert Buffets we cater. We make these by special order for Birthdays, Anniversaries, you name it; they're incredibly versatile cakes. Prices vary by size, fillings, flavors and whether you're having a Dessert Buffet or not, there are variables; so, if you'd like to inquire on pricing please call or email us.
Thick & Tender Cut Outs - Wedding or Princess Dresses - $15/pound - NEW for 2017
We use our incredibly popular and absolutely delicious thick cut out recipe to make these fantastic - rather large - wedding dress cookies ...of course, they don't have to be wedding dresses, they can easily be Princess Gowns as well using a different color and different design ...which are really endless by the way. Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to make exactly what you'd like! Great for Shower or Wedding favors or in addition to one of our Dessert Buffets.
