Amaretto
A classic cheesecake. A graham cracker and almond crust provide the base for this cheesecake flavored with delicious Amaretto before being topped with sweetened stabilized whipped cream and slivered almonds.
Banana
We use a graham cracker crust for this cheesecake made with ripe bananas. Why do we use ripe bananas? Because they give the best flavor to this - one of our tastiest - cheesecakes!
Banana Chocolate Chip
Our delicious Banana Cheesecake with a chocolate crust and a generous amount of mini chocolate chips mixed in.
Banana Split
We were going to offer only 2 Banana Cheesecakes before we remembered this version; we use our Banana Cheesecake with a chocolate crust to start and then top it with fresh, lightly sweetened, stabilized whipped cream, chopped nuts, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and - of course - a cherry to top it all off!
Blueberry
A classic Vanilla Cheesecake in a graham cracker crust topped with blueberries.
Butter Rum
A fantastic cheesecake with a gingersnap base that's flavored with one of our favorite strong, dark rums.
Carrot Cake
This isn't a traditional cheesecake in the sense that there's no 'true' crust ...it's a carrot cake base with a rich cheesecake filling swirled with more carrot cake. It's then topped with a sweetened Cream Cheese/Sour Cream Topping and garnished with Sweetened, Stabilized Whipped Cream and chopped walnuts.
Cherry
A classic Vanilla Cheesecake in a graham cracker crust topped with cherries.
Cherry Swirl
A delicious cheesecake with a more subtle Cherry flavor due to the fact that we swirl the cherries into the batter of this version. Baked in a vanilla cookie crust makes this one extra enjoyable!
Lemon
Sweet, tangy and delicious. Flavored with fresh lemon juice and zest in a graham cracker crust.
Maple
More things in the world should be maple-flavored. That's the main reason we make this cheesecake! We start with a special crust that we make with a combination of graham crackers and finely ground toasted walnuts, then we fill it with a maple-y filling. We garnish with walnuts, sweetened, stabilized whipped cream and a drizzle of maple syrup. It's a great cheesecake!
Marble
If you can't decide on what flavor you’d like, then maybe you should try the best of both worlds... our delicious Chocolate Cheesecake marbled with our classic Vanilla Bean Cheesecake.
Mint Chocolate Chip
A delicious combination of our Chocolate Chip Cheesecake and our Creme de Menthe Cheesecake. A great, mildly minty Cheesecake. If you love the Ice Cream flavor you'll love this.
Peanut Butter & Jelly
A terrific Peanut Butter Cheesecake in a graham cracker crust with your choice of a layer of either Strawberry or Grape Jam spread on the top.
Peanut Butter Fudge
Just think of a Peanut Butter Cup ...Peanut Butter Cheesecake with chunks of Peanut Butter Cup swirled throughout then topped with a creamy Chocolate Ganache frosting.
Pineapple
A fluffy and delicious no-bake cheesecake; sweet, crushed pineapple in a shortbread crust ...so tasty.
Raspberry
A raspberry filling is baked in a chocolate crust and then topped with sweetened, stabilized whipped cream and a little raspberry drizzle to make one of our most popular cheesecakes.
Raspberry Chocolate Chip
A delicious cheesecake swirled with Raspberry Liquor, whole raspberries and miniature chocolate chips; all nestled into a fantastic chocolate cookie crust.
Rum Raisin
A similar cheesecake to our Buttered Rum Cheesecake, but to this one we add rum soaked golden raisins.
Salted Caramel
We're Pros at our Signature Caramels, and having won Second Place at the 2014 KISS 98.5/Federal Bakers Cupcake Challenge with a Vanilla Salted Caramel Cupcake we're expected to present a dessert in that flavor for every category we offer. This is a great cheesecake; delicious vanilla-caramel base with a swirl of our Signature 230 Caramel then topped with our Signature 225 Caramel and a sprinkle of coarse sea salt. Fantastic!
Sprinkle
Just like the popular party cake, only as a cheesecake. Rainbow sprinkles fill this fun Cheesecake unless you choose to customize yours with specific colors to fit a theme; all in a delicious Shortbread crust, this one can make anyone smile.
Toffee Chip
We start with a shortbread base then add a toffee flavored filling that we swirl with delicious English Toffee bits.
Twix
We scored big on the Kit Kat cheesecake so we immediately tested it out with our second favorite candy ...Twix! Guess what? Another hit!
Ultimate Lemon
We bake a zesty lemon cheesecake into a vanilla cookie crust, then top it with our freshly made tangy - yet sweet - lemon curd. We finish it with our sweetened, stabilized whipped cream and you'll agree - this is an amazing cheesecake!

Fresh Madagascar Vanilla Beans provide the flavor for this, our signature, cheesecake.
Ahmie's Classic Sour Cream
Ahmie is one of the people who taught our founder everything he knows ...his mom - who now goes by Ahmie because that's what her Grandchildren (and everyone else) calls her. This is her cheesecake; a delicious layer of cream cheese filling in a graham cracker crust with a sour cream topping. Still the best.
Ahmie's Classic Chocolate Sour Cream
The same concept as her original but this one starts with a chocolate cookie crust, then gets a chocolate filling before being topped with the original sour cream topping.

This is fantastic cheesecake layered over a soft brownie base; flavored with vanilla bean and miniature chocolate chips and topped with sweetened, stabilized whipped cream, this is definitely not going to disappoint!
Pretzel Cheesecake Delight
Not a 'true' cheesecake but incredibly delicious anyway! We start with a sweetened Pretzel base then add a layer of cheesecake-type filling and finish it with your choice of cherry, raspberry or Blueberry topping. It's the Sweet & Salty contrast that makes this delicious dessert so ...well, delicious! These can be made as 2-Bite Rounds, as a standard round cheesecake or as a quarter sheet.
