Deposits and Such

 

Regarding Deposits and Additional Fees or Charges

  • We require a $200 deposit to hold the date you've chosen be paid within 10 business days of booking. The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to your special event date. If you cancel your event 45+ days before the date you've booked, the entire deposit will be refunded to you. If you cancel 20-44 days before your event, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 20 days before your special event, none of your deposit will be refunded.

  • Both a New York State Sales Tax (Niagara County) of 8.75% and a 15% gratuity will be added to the total bill of your Dessert Buffet.
     
  • If local gasoline prices climb to the $4.00/gallon price, Sweet E's will assess a Non-Refundable Travel Surcharge of $50.00 on any booked Dessert Buffet located more than 50 miles from our location.
