Until now, all of the Pies and Tarts that we offer have been in the small, 'Dessert Buffet' size only ...simply available to customers who've 'ordered' a Dessert Buffet for a Special Event they were having. 
That's all changed. 
As of February 2017, we're releasing this new category...
the Special Order Pies and Tarts category.
This will be a small category to begin with, but you'll see it expand as soon as we feel the response has warranted a larger menu.
So, check back often to see what we've added ...or, better yet - email us and ask us if we already make an item that you're interested in. We always love to hear from our Special Order Customers and are always happy to do whatever we can to get them the item that they'r looking for!

So, just as with our 'Special Order Cookies' Category, this Category also has a bit of a ' Tutorial'...
First, all of the Pies that we offer are delivered in a real Pie Plate (...Dish, Tin, whatever you prefer to call it). 
We hate the thin, flimsy, disposable type, so we use real tins - and it's yours to keep.
Second, for now we break our Pies and Tarts into two different 
Sub-Categories: 
Baked and Non-Baked
...we may change things around at a later date, but for now this looks like 
the best way to proceed.

Baked Pies & Tarts

We make our full-size Apple pIe just as we do our Dessert Buffet version - Dutch - with plenty of delicious crumbs as a topping. Upgrade to the Caramel Apple version and get a jar of our Signature 235 Caramel Sauce to drizzle over the cinnamon-y goodness.
Brownie Candy Bar Pie
This a rich, gooey, brownie-like pie ...in a crust. This is the basic version that allows you to choose the type of candy that goes into the pie - the version pictured contains a truck-load of Hershey's Miniatures. It's all finished off with Sweetened, Stabilized Whipped Cream, Delicious Chocolate Ganache and more Candy Bars as garnish. If you'd like something with a little more variety, take a look at our 'Monster' version that allows you to choose three (3) types of candy to add to this delectable pie!

A fantastic, non-traditional pie that is filled with Kit Kat Candy Bars; baked inside our Signature Crust of course! Then it's topped with Sweetened, Stabilized Whipped Cream and additional Kit Kats for garnish. Totally fun pie!
Tangy Nut Tart
This is a tasty little selection, a filling of Lemon, Coconut, Hazelnuts and Walnuts fill our Signature Crust in your choice of pans; either a round, traditional tart pan, a rectangular tart pan or as pictured, in our individual 'Dessert Buffet' size. The lemon flavor isn't overwhelming, it's just a delicious 'background' note that makes this tart a very nice but not too sweet option.

An amazing Pecan filling goes into what some people have called 'the best pastry crust [I've] ever eaten'. Lightly dusted in Confectioners' Sugar and it's indeed the perfect pie.

The picture shows our Individual Sized Pumpkin Pies, but we make then in the full-sized version as well. Generally a holiday pie, but one that we'll happily make for you all year round.

We make a special Chocolate Crust for this one but will happily swap it out with our Signature Crust if you'd prefer. We pile it high with our creamy, peanut-buttery filling and then top it with Sweetened, Stabilized Whipped Cream, rich Chocolate Ganache and chopped peanuts.
Peanut Butter Cup Pie
This is a creamy, Peanut Butter Cup laden pie; in a Vanilla Wafer Crust and topped with Sweetened, Stabilized Chocolate Whipped Cream and plenty ...we mean PLENTY of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. It's pretty much amazing.

Made in a rectangular tart pan, nothing is more decadent in the Pies & Tarts Category than this selection, which features our absolutely amazing Signature Crust followed by our Signature 235 Caramel and finally a rich Chocolate Ganache...it's pretty much a 'Grown-Up Twix Bar' Dessert.
